Alla Velykodna, a student majoring in Philology at the Faculty FPSC of SumDU, received an academic scholarship from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the first semester of the 2020/2021 academic year.
- I was impressed. I knew that my candidacy was submitted for consideration, but I understood that there are many applicants who have better achievements. I am proud that my efforts were not in vain.
In general, Alla is the ideal choice of the Cabinet. Persistent, active, and sociable; graduated with a gold medal; she chose her future profession in the 9th grade when she became interested in deep language learning. She approached studying at the university with great interest and responsibility, she especially liked the profile disciplines. In her sophomore year, she began working as a copywriter, then as an editor in an online publication, and now manages journalism and English language classes at the Center for Aesthetic Education.
Alla finds inspiration and energy in her work: in her free time she draws, reads, especially in English, writes poems. By the way, last year she won a prize in the nomination "Artistic translations from English" at the "Alter Ego" competition.
We wish Alla Velykodna further professional success and creative achievements!
