Travel Office continues to hold useful webinars for Philology students.
This time, on May 5, the guest was Liubov Taran, director and founder of the company START - work for students in Germany, as well as the German language studio START Junior.

Lecturers of the Department of Germanic Philology Olena Medvid, Kateryna Vashyst, Galyna Chulanova and Olena Nazarenko together with future #SumDU_translators  joined the webinar.
The meeting began with a very important question from Liubov:
- Why did you decide to study translation at SumDU?
The students answered that it is prospects, prestige and general interest in foreign languages.
This question was asked not for nothing - Liubov knows the answer like no other, because she is a graduate of SumDU in 2017, majoring in "Philology". While studying at the university, she began to study German, and got a job at East Trade Group, as a translator. To improve her German language skills in 2014, she went to Germany. While working in Germany, the girl noticed that the level of German language proficiency began to grow. After this trip and the results obtained, her friends also wanted to get such an experience. In 2016, Liubov organized a trip to Germany, started. And even then she decided to make it a matter of her life. She founded a small studio and began teaching German. Everything developed rapidly and successfully, and a year after its founding, it was able to expand the company to teach students and children.
Later, Liubov spoke about the peculiarities of studying in Germany, what documents must be submitted before entering German universities, about employment in Germany and how to live in this country, about people, mentality and stereotypes.
Love gave quite useful advice - do not waste time and use the moment, try something new and do not give up, and then everything will come.
