On 13 October 2022, Czech higher education and life were new topics of discussion within the Travel Office Club under Olena Nazarenko (lecturer of the Department of Germanic Philology). Oleksandra Derkach, a third-year Philology student being at Masaryk University, was the meeting guest.

During the event, with assistance of Iryna Kobiakova (head of the Department of Germanic Philology, professor), Oleksandra told the first-year students about her experience of living and studying in the Czech Republic, about opportunities and privileges for all students here.

Czech issues of life, education, culture and employment were discussed. Students could hear not only about advantages of living abroad but also about possible difficulties in case of moving to a new country.

"Foreign education is a lot of homework. Besides, there are cool meetings, communication with people, development opportunities in any field”, - says Sasha.

Also, the visitors learned how to become Czech students and what they should do for this. After all, whoever is looking for any opportunities, will surely win!
