Being in the Republic of Poland, Nataliia Balakirieva (a deputy director of the Translation Training and Resource Center "LinguoStar", a specialist at the Department of Germanic Philology) studied and received an A1 Polish Language Competence Certificate with the result "Excellent" at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

During her studies, she participated in meetings with teachers, scientists and students of the Institute of Polish Studies and Speech Therapy of the Humanities Department. Acquainted members of the Polish universities with the history and modern life of Sumy State University. Invited people to participate in SSU scientific conferences and to cooperate with the LinguoStar center.
