On 10 May 2022, a video meeting was held by Alla Krasulia within the Travel Office club led by Olena Nazarenko.

Lecturers and students got to know how to create their own brand and properly present themselves in the labor market. Indrė Lelevičienė, a translator and lecturer at Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), started as a freelance translator in 2004 and was elected to the Board of the European Language Industry Association (ELIA) in 2021. She shared her experience and knowledge. The woman described her attainments for over 70 video conference participants.

"It was an incredible experience. The 30-minute presentation changed my perception of the translation field in general. I never even thought that a personal brand is so necessary for successful employment. Mrs. Indrė gladly told us about ways how to build a personal brand. She diversified her presentation with stories from her own life. It was informative and absorbing!" - told Alina Maliuk, a second-year student of the Department of Germanic Philology.

"Meeting with such an expert helped to distract from negativity around and inspired to work productively for a bright future. I heard a lot of valuable advice on creating a CV and finding a job. The lecturer answered our questions quite thoroughly, which greatly emphasized her professionalism in the field. The conference really gave a lot of new knowledge", - says Anastasiia Serysheva, a second-year student.

In turn, Iryna Kobyakova (head of the Department of Germanic Philology) expressed her sincere gratitude to Indrė Lelevičienė for her visit and valuable advice. It is so necessary for development of lecturers and students and fruitful cooperation with our new partners and stakeholders. We are waiting for a visit in peace time!
