Lecturers of the Department of Germanic Philology Olena Medvid, Larysa Shchyhlo, Olesia Yehorova, Maryna Chernyk, Olena Ovsianko, Kateryna Vashyst, Anna Zinchenko, Olha Zhulavska, and Alla Krasulia successfully completed advanced training within the virtual professional development programme “Excellence in Teaching & Research ”, which was joined by another 136 participants from 14 countries.

The training program consisted of 9 intensive interactive online sessions, materials self-studying, and fulfilling the tasks in order to obtain a certificate. Twelve specialists (lecturers-practitioners and researchers) from 9 universities of the world were invited as lecturers, in particular, from Montpellier Business School (France), Varna University of Management (Bulgaria), University of Washington (USA), London School of Economics (UK), Bahcesehir University (Turkey), University of Nebraska-Lincoln (USA), Sarasota-Manati University of South Florida (USA), Purdue University (USA) and Sumy State University (Ukraine).
