Academic mobility is an extraordinary opportunity that gives students a unique chance to learn new subjects and culture, to improve language and social skills. Participation in such programs expands horizons and creates unforgettable memories.

Yana Kozel talks about her experience of studying abroad:

– This year, I decided to participate in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program at the Riga Technical University (Latvia). At first, there were worries about the difficulty of studying in a new country and the process of submitting documents. However, after a few weeks, I was convinced that my decision to apply for this program was the right one.

Already at the beginning of my studies, I met many interesting and talented people both from Ukraine and from different parts of the world. We became very good friends with many of them. Communicating with representatives of other cultures helped me develop socialization skills and gain valuable international experience.

Another huge advantage of participating in academic mobility was the opportunity to study face-to-face and attend classes in the classroom, because the first two years of the university were spent online for me. Thanks to this, I realized how important live communication is.

In general, the educational process is filled with a lot of new and useful information that will definitely be needed in the future. Sensitive teachers, in turn, are always ready to help and give advice. Therefore, I can confidently say that participation in the academic mobility program at RTU gave me invaluable experience that will be useful for professional and personal growth.
