On 4 November 2023, the School of European Languages under Olena Nazarenko and Antonina Chepeliuk hospitably welcomed visitors to improve their spoken English and German skills. This year, there were many SumDU students who decided to raise their speaking abilities.
The first meeting began with a speech by Olena Nazarenko and Antonina Chepeliuk. They congratulated everybody on the opening. Philology students of the 4th year were presented. They will teach as a part of their pedagogical practice.
After that, the real fun began. Aliona Nikolenko and Anhelina Hlukhova invited the participants to think about which drinks they associate themselves with. In this way, everyone had a little fun and completely immersed themselves in the friendly atmosphere. The next step in gentle Britishization was the discovery of English slang secrets to describe a person's character. Our 4th year students were very happy to discover the interesting facts of foreign languages and kindly shared them with everyone.
Europe has finally opened its wide doors for Ukrainians. All that remains is to build a language bridge. Students of the School of European Languages are always happy to help with this!
Classes are absolutely free and will be held every Saturday at 10 am.
