Svitlana Shvachko (professor), Iryna Kobiakova (department head, professor), Larysa Shchyhlo (associate professor) and Oksana Brovkina (senior lecturer) took part in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Problems of Ensuring Life Quality in the Globalized World". It was organized by the Academy of Applied Sciences in Opole (Poland) together with Ukrainian and foreign universities. Sumy State University was among them. The conference was held on 7-8 December 2022.

The event purpose was to discuss scientific and practical problems of improving life quality in globalization conditions, main changes in various aspects of people's life quality (especially, during the Russian-Ukrainian war). The participants raised issues related to spirituality, humanism, education, mass media as factors of strengthening personal resources.

Conference participants presented their reports and shared their own experience with foreign colleagues.
