In spite of the wartime situation, members of the Department of Germanic Philology conduct research and participate in scientific events. In particular, Alla Krasulia (a visiting associate professor at the Institute of Applied Linguistics, Riga Technical University, Latvia) reported on the topic "Educational Technologies of Learning Intensification: Formation of 21st Century Skills in 21 Days".

It was done during the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Education for the 21st Century: Challenges, Problems, Prospects" on 28 October 2022. The hosting organization was the Educational Scientific Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology at A.S. Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University.

The conference program included interactive discussion platforms and a question-answer session. The research results will be represented in a publication and implemented in the educational process at the Department of Germanic Philology.
