SumDU students think that distance learning is not a reason to abandon extracurricular activities. So, they honoured the Day of Ukrainian Literature and Language participating in an All-Ukrainian Student Battle. The meeting was joined by a record number - 130 participants from 18 different educational institutions of Ukraine (from colleges to universities). SumDU philology students defended their alma mater worthily.
Various quizes took place on the Kahoot platform. There, participants with great pleasure competed in their erudition for knowledge of the Ukrainian language. The game was exciting! Everyone could learn a lot of new things about the history of our language, replenish the vocabulary with interesting phraseologies, synonyms, dialect units.
The atmosphere was incredibly cozy. It seemed that this was a meeting of like-minded people. The organizers listened to the participants' opinions, and they, in turn, did not hesitate to discuss. It is so good that in quarantine time, beside usual study, students have an opportunity to enjoy extracurricular activity, spend time with pleasure, communicate and receive valuable gifts for their knowledge and skills.
