Lecturer of the Department of Germanic Philology Anna Zinchenko participated in the international training course “Cooperate and escape” organized by Erasmus+, that took place on September, 20 – 26 in Barcelona, Spain.
The main topic of this project was the creation of educational escape rooms that will foster the development of social competences among young people. During the course participants not only got acquainted with the topic of gameplay learning and the game theory, but also immersed themselves into the process of a designing an educational key room. The final stage of the training was the test of the self-made escape room for students of vocational school in one Catalonian city.
“Now I can say without doubts that it was one of the most productive training courses I’ve ever participated in! Impressions are just incredible!” says Mrs. Zinchenko and adds that this non-formal educational method could be successfully implemented even in formal education.
