On 10 October 2023, a workshop was held for the winning project teams of the Erasmus+ Jean Monet 2023 program. It was called "Project Management. Responsibility for the Result and Ensuring Sustainability and Influence". Here, Oleksandra Kubatko represented  the Jean Monet module "Promoting European practices of education for sustainable development through the language of the brand: interdisciplinary studies" (101085708 – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH). It is realized at SumDU under guidance of Iryna Ushchapovska, a senior lecturer of the Demartment of Germanic Philology.

Petro Krainik, the project manager for the Jean Monet direction of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, addressed the workshop participants with a welcome speech. During the workshop, issues of organizational and administrative support of projects, management of project funds and implementation of measures for maximum dissemination and sustainability of results were discussed.

There was a separate session for presentation of SumDU experience. Our institution has the largest number of Jean Monet projects in Ukraine.

The meeting was organized in a mixed format, with some representatives taking part offline and the majority joining online. About 100 participants were present at the workshop. The rest could participate in the YouTube broadcast.
