On 12 March 2024, the Travel Office (under the guidance of Olena Nazarenko) organized an exciting online event for philology students. The guest was Valeriia Holovanova (a department graduate, stakeholder and owner of the Study and Go School). She shared her study experience and useful advice with the students.

Valeriia owns two educational centers "Study and Go" in Sumy. She is a translator, neurolinguistic coach, grant writer. She said that her achievements had been significantly influenced by the SumDU parallel education. It opened up a new world for her. She tried herself not only in law but also in the pedagogical and translation area. Initially, Valeriia pursued a legal education but eventually realized that she wanted to connect her life with languages.

Valeriia highlights self-education plays an important role on the way to success. She shared her advice on self-education: courses, webinars, books. The main thing is to extract maximum benefit from them. She also emphasized the importance of using all available opportunities: educational programs, language skills, learning new things. Valeriia is confident that any experience has a significant impact on our future.
