In June 2022, lecturers of the Department of Germanic Philology completed advanced training courses that began in February 2022 but were suspended because of the martial law.

The participants improved their skills under the programme "Distance Learning Technologies at Sumy State University". They were awarded the certificates.

New experience will help the lecturers in the new academic year. Also, the Department of Germanic Philology is starting to work with the Master's degree students within the distance learning mode.
