On 3 July 2024, a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to the 2024 Bachelor graduates took place at the SumDU IFSC Faculty. This year, 51 philology graduates received Bachelor degrees.

Olena Sushkova (dean of the IFSK Faculty) read out the order to expel former students. She noted the faculty does not say goodbye to them, because a Bachelor's degree is only the first step on a professional path. The faculty is waiting for the graduates to study at the Master's and PhD level. Graduates are regarded as future industry workers, employers, guests and friends of the faculty.

The Bachelor graduates received their diplomas from the hands of Oksana Brovkina (deputy head at the Department of Germanic Philology). Anna Zinchenko (deputy dean for educational work) also addressed the graduates with a congratulatory speech.

This year's graduation brought together a large number of participants and guests - teachers, graduates, employers, parents and friends. Although the event took place in a shelter, it became a real celebration for yesterday's students.
