On the 30th of November students of the groups PR-52 and PR-54 (the specialty "Translation") together with Nataliya Prykhodko, the Lecturer at the Department of Germanic Philology, visited the court hearing where the criminal proceedings against citizen G. was handled. He was accused of violating the rules of
Defensive Driving Procedures or vehicle operation by persons who steer the transport means (Part 1, Article 286, Criminal Code of Ukraine). Iryna Klimashevska was a Presiding Judge.
Studying of legal translation and legal philology is impossible without understanding of theoretical knowledge appliance. The expansion of outlook, vision of litigation proceeding and onboarding with the legal terminology of Ukrainian language become possible under such excursions.
